Go to any park or public place in Austin and one thing is clear, we love our dogs here. Recently, Dog Fancy magazine has recognized our community as DogTown USA 2014. Through a mix of public and private partnerships, Dog Fancy commended Austin for saving “the lives of more than 90 percent of the animals who enter shelters, making Austin the largest metropolitan city to sustain a No-Kill goal.”
